We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our expanding team ,for our upcoming projects at DEHRADUN (Uttarakhand),MHOW (Madhya Pradesh) and PUNE (Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities / Objectives

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is  related to attracting prospective buyers, selling and executing the sales transactions associated with upcoming property.

  • The Business Development Executive develops and implements marketing strategies that meet the organization’s real estate industry business targets. Manages all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the organization.
  • Produces marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future products.
  • Develops and coordinates marketing plans and strategies for the organization; monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities, results and staff performance.
  • Determines and manages the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within defined budgets; assists in the development of pricing strategies and coordinates financial and budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Manages company wide and property-specific public relations and community service opportunities.

Essential & Desirable Criteria


Proven experience of:

  • Leadership qualities and ability to mentor and guide staff members.
  • Investor or client relations for each of the assigned properties.


Proven Experience of:

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to work independently and quickly prioritize, coordinate and consolidate tasks, whilst simultaneously managing the diverse range of function from multiple sources.
  • Good communicator, proficient at gathering user requirements and customizing database solutions as per need.


Proven experience of:

  • Playing an active role which positively contributes to a team.
  • Interaction with customers and communities.
  • Experience in Relationship, Client and Sales Management in Real Estate & Finance industry





  • Good demonstrable standard of written and spoken English or Hindi
  • Good standard of mathematical ability.
  • Graduate from a recognized Institution.
